What We Do Here
Open areas take the worst of the monsoon, so they are detailed before they are decorated — falls and drainage set first, then waterproofing, then the finish. Railings, pergolas and deck materials are chosen for how they age in heavy rain and strong sun rather than for how they photograph on the day of handover.
